We will work with you to plan a transformation of your processes to achieve best-in-class levels of operational performance.  Following our core lean philosophy, we will develop process recommendations to eliminate waste by planning for the smooth flow of materials with the least possible effort and overhead.  We will evaluate alternative inventory strategies, including Point-of-Use dispensing, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and Customer Managed Inventory (CMI) to support uninterrupted operations while minimizing inventory levels.  We will develop an implementation plan for SKU consolidation, inventory reduction, and process automation using your Nexiant solution that will prioritize opportunities for maximum ROI.

Unlike traditional call center environments, Nexiant operates a Technical Support Center staffed by a team of certified technicians that are committed to providing end-to-end support services. Customer service requests are managed from inception through resolution by a dedicated technician to ensure timely resolution. Nexiant’s Technical Support Center is fully staffed, providing toll-free telephone support, Monday through Friday from 4:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. After hours and weekend support services are also available.  We are currently deploying web-based Customer Support Portals, available 24/7, that will increase access to information and services from Nexiant.
